The organizations we serve protect national security, safeguard financial systems, and operate in environments where failure has real consequences. They don't need another checkbox tool. They need infrastructure that makes compliance an operational advantage.

We're building that infrastructure—systems that embed regulatory requirements into daily workflows, surface risk before it becomes a finding, and give teams confidence that their posture is real, not performative.

That's the work. And we need people who feel it.

Depth over breadth.

We’d rather be the best at the thing that matters than mediocre across ten things that don’t. We go deep on hard problems—regulatory complexity, evidence automation, framework mapping—because surface-level work doesn’t survive contact with reality.

Craft over speed.

We ship fast, but we don’t ship sloppy. Code quality, system design, and user experience aren’t afterthoughts. They’re the product. If you care about how something is built, not just that it’s built, you’ll fit.

Ownership over process.

We don’t have fourteen layers of approval. If you’re responsible for a system, you make the calls. That means real autonomy—and real accountability.

Honesty over comfort.

We’d rather hear “this approach is wrong” on day one than discover it on day thirty. Feedback is direct, disagreements are welcome, and no one gets points for telling people what they want to hear.

Mission over metrics.

We measure ourselves by whether the people using our platform can do their jobs better. Dashboards and KPIs matter, but they’re instruments, not objectives. The mission is the objective.
