Terms of Use
Last updated
These terms govern your use of the Thalorin website at thalorin.ai. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, stop using it.
They are short on purpose and they cover the website only.
What these terms do not cover
Nothing here grants any right to use the Thalorin platform. Access to the product is governed by a separate written agreement between Thalorin and the customer organisation, and that agreement prevails over this page for anything to do with the product, its data or its availability.
If you are evaluating Thalorin, nothing on this website forms part of a contract, and nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance.
What this site is, and what it is not
This site is marketing and reference material: product pages, capability pages, comparison pages, a services section, a letter from the team, a thesis page, an about page, a careers page and contact routes. There is no customer login here and no product functionality.
A large part of it describes regulation — framework names, clause numbers, revision levels, programme phases and deadlines. That material is provided for orientation. It is not legal advice, not compliance advice, and not a substitute for your own assessment or your assessor's judgement.
Regulatory requirements change, and pages age at different rates. Some carry an explicit as-of marker; others do not. Do not rely on a date or a clause number here without checking it against the primary source.
Descriptions of the product describe what it is built to do. They are not warranties of performance and they are not commitments about any particular deployment.
Our material and our marks
The content, design, code and structure of this site belong to Thalorin Inc. or its licensors.
You may read it, link to it, and quote reasonable extracts with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale, present it as your own, or use it to train or fine-tune a model without our written permission.
Thalorin, Feynman Engine and Space are marks used by Thalorin. Their appearance here is not a representation about registration status in any jurisdiction.
Other people's names and marks
This site refers to standards bodies, agencies, frameworks and other companies by name, including in comparison pages. Those names and marks belong to their owners.
Their appearance here does not imply that any of those organisations endorses, sponsors, certifies or is affiliated with Thalorin. Where we compare products, the comparison is our own assessment and is not that of the companies named.
Acceptable use
Use the site for its purpose. Do not attempt to gain access to anything not intentionally published; do not probe, scan or disrupt the site or the infrastructure behind it except as permitted under security research below; do not submit malicious input through the forms; do not use automated means to harvest content at a rate that degrades service for others; and do not misrepresent yourself or your organisation when contacting us.
The forms are rate-limited and protected against automated submission. Attempting to defeat those protections is not acceptable use.
Security research
We publish a disclosure contact at /.well-known/security.txt. Reports are read by people and answered by people. There is no bug bounty, and we will credit you if you want the credit.
That is a contact route, not a legal safe harbour. We have not published a scope, a testing authorisation or a commitment not to pursue claims. Testing that degrades the service, touches other people's data, or goes beyond what is needed to demonstrate a finding is outside what this page permits. If you are unsure whether something is in scope, ask first.
Links out, and third-party code
Links to other sites are for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
Two third parties run code in your browser while you are here: Cloudflare, for the anti-bot check on the form pages, and HubSpot, whose tracking loads on every page and sets cookies on this domain. Our content-security policy permits HubSpot to load further components than the ones observed. What each receives is set out in the Privacy Policy, which you should read as part of these terms.
What you send us
When you use the contact form or the careers form you are sending us information about yourself, which is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not send classified, export-controlled, or otherwise restricted material through these forms. They are ordinary web forms that produce ordinary email, and they are not an approved channel for anything of that kind.
Do not send anyone else's confidential information either.
Unsolicited ideas are not confidential
If you send us a product idea, a feature suggestion, a proposal or any other unsolicited material, we treat it as non-confidential. We may use it without restriction, attribution or compensation, and you should assume we may already be working on something similar.
If you need a confidential conversation, ask for one before you send anything, and wait for a written agreement.
The site changes, and may go away
We may change, move or withdraw any part of this site at any time, without notice. Pages may be rewritten and URLs may stop resolving. We do not undertake to keep anything here available, and we do not maintain an archive of previous versions for you.
Disclaimers
The site is provided as it is and as it is available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties in relation to it, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that it or the servers behind it are free of harmful components.
We do not warrant that anything on this site is accurate, current or complete, and that applies with particular force to the regulatory material described above.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, in which case some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Your continued use of the site after that is acceptance of the revised terms.
